Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations need to be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests after this period will be denied. After receiving the order, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments through PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be subject to customs duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in Euro, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and any related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. The payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.

How can I return an item?

What if the received items are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Contact us if you have received wrong, missing, and/or defective merchandise. Please include the order number, photos of the item(s), and all relevant references to your package receipt. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank for information on when the credit will be registered to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, here's what to do: contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
